Progression: Communications Engineer (2018) › Shift Communications Engineer (2019) › ATSEP Engineer (2021).

  • Operate and maintain the automated ATM system (flight and surveillance data processing, controller working positions) on shift, keeping safety-critical ATC services continuously available.
  • Maintain the controllers' voice communication system (air-ground and ground-ground voice, SIP/VoIP, E1, multiplexing) and support navigation aids (ILS, VOR/DME) and their communication links.
  • Administer RHEL servers with RAID storage and the operational network: switching, routing, firewalls, VPN.
  • Introduced monitoring and documentation tooling — Zabbix with custom scripts, NetBox/IPAM, Oxidized configuration backup, BookStack knowledge base; investigate faults with root-cause analysis.

  • Built an IT and security-systems engineering company from zero: 1,000+ small and 50+ large projects for education, logistics and enterprise clients (Oxford School, Fast Education, Azizon, Prime Samarqand, Gold Lavash).
  • Deliver full-site automation: network and firewall design (FortiGate, Kerio Control, pfSense, MikroTik/Cisco), VPN and segmentation, fiber-optic lines, servers and storage, CCTV systems of 100+ cameras, access control, alarm and intercom.
  • Built the SAM Smart product family, all launched: EduAccess (smarttime.uz), Sam Smart POS, Nmatic and Anjom (see Projects).

Held concurrently with the shift-based ATSEP role; promoted from System Administrator (2025).

  • Ran the campus network (VLANs, ACLs, NAT, LACP, 10 Gbps optical links, Wi-Fi) with pfSense, WireGuard/OpenVPN and PacketFence NAC.
  • Managed a Proxmox cluster of ~30 virtual machines on RAID/SAN/iSCSI storage with BorgBackup; core Ubuntu/Debian services (DHCP, PowerDNS, NTP, LDAP/FreeIPA) and Kaspersky server security.
  • Built a monitoring and observability stack (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and automated infrastructure with Ansible, AWX and Terraform; maintained Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Nexus, NetBox, GLPI and FOG OS imaging.
